Our office hours are 9am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday 

Assessments are carried out by appointment only in Thetford (Norfolk), Colchester (Essex), and Spalding (Lincolnshire).

There is an answerphone service to take your messages outside of the above hours, and at lunchtimes, 1pm - 2pm.
