We hold a weekly outreach clinic at Weston Village Hall, near Spalding. Please note that this facility is unmanned except for the day on which the clinic is being held. Assessments are undertaken am and pm, by prior appointment only, and all appointments should be made by calling (01842) 753029.
 
Typically we see customers who live in Spalding, Sleaford, Stamford, Peterborough, Grantham, Boston, Lincoln, Mablethorpe, Oakham, Skegness and Wisbech, and surrounding areas.
  • Assessments are undertaken in private, and we have tea/coffee making facilities
  • Large car park next to the Hall
  • We will ensure we bring suitable vehicles with a wide range of adaptations
  • Everywhere is fully wheelchair accessible
  • We are unable to do scooter assessments here
